So my surgery date with Dr. Pinnar is Sept. 11th. Nice huh? I am totally excited. I have decided to podcast weekly on how it is going. Hopefully starting next week.
I will cover how I am doing with the physical: Eating, exercising..
and the emotional: Working my stressfull thoughts using "The Work" of Byron Katie. Will I stay Sober? Will I kill the Dog or slap my husband? You will have to tune in to find out.
Follow along for the Melt Down and the Melt Downs. I will post here how to view the pod cast. I love having your support, even if it is of the "can't not look at the train wreck" variety!
